How and where to oil a blade (plus video)

Brush loose hair from your blade, put the blade on your clippers and turn your clippers on. While they're running, apply just 3 drops of oil. Only use oil made for use on clipper blades. Put 1 drop each, either side of the top of your blade, directly on to the teeth. Then put 1 drop in the inside rear corner of the moving blade. Keep it running for a few seconds to distribute the oil. Turn your clippers off and wipe any excess oil off with a clean cloth.

Remember always re-apply oil after coolant use, and after cleaning. Only store an oiled blade to prevent rust. A little goes a long way. Watch the video below for how to apply oil correctly.
