Açaí is a berry, native to the Amazon Rainforest, Açaí deep cleans and detoxiﬁes leaving behind healthy skin and a coat that shines. Formulated with vitamins B1, B2, B3, C and E to restore natural oils and strengthen your pet’s coat from root to tip. Tearless. Paraben free. Dye free.

Wet dog thoroughly with warm water.
Apply a small amount of shampoo to the wet coat, and massage into a rich lather.
Allow to soak, or massage in for a few minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Apply conditioner. Rinse again, and dry.
For knot-prone coats, always follow shampoo with conditioner.
For best results, repeat as needed. Avoid contact with eyes.
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. If in a hurry, please check the delivery updates from our courier partners here for NZ Post and here for Toll.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Can I return what I've purchased?
By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
