Yes, we are open and shipping daily with contactless delivery, shipping the supplies you need for the health and welfare of animals in your care.

We're taking all precautions with essential staff only onsite, and the rest of our team working remotely from home.

Support: The best methods to contact us for help and support during this busier than usual time are live chat and email.

We are monitoring live chat as usual, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday for instant answers - and we still aim to reply to all emails the same-day - however we may not be able to answer all phone-calls with most staff working from home.

Special requests: Staff onsite are focused on getting orders on the way to help you look after the health and welfare of animals in your care during lockdown.

With the increase in orders we need to pack and send in the same order they are received, so temporarily cannot offer priority dispatch, or editing orders once they've been placed, such as add-ons. 

Delivery: Couriers are under extra pressure as purchases move from instore to online. 

Please allow extra time for your order to leave, and for your order to arrive. We're currently unable to promise same-day dispatch.

Normal delivery is 2 to 4 working days. If it has been more than 5 working days since your parcel left, and it has not arrived yet, please check the online tracking first (we email the tracking link to you), or contact us and we can check for you.

As the couriers will be under extra pressure, we cannot track delayed parcels before they are more than 5 working days delayed, as even if delayed, most will arrive within 5 days.
