AllGroom is proud to support our grooming community, and we can't wait to see some of you there!
We will be working with reduced staff over the coming days while we attend the event, so we would appreciate your patience during this time.
Some requests might take slightly longer then normal to be attended, however we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We will still aim to reply to customer queries within one business day. Ongoing servicing won't be affected by this. We are doing our best to get back to everyone within a reasonable time frame.
For deliveries, please note we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to our courier partners dealing with staff shortages. Orders may have 1-2 days of delay on top of usual delivery times. Check back here for updates via the NZ Post website and Toll website.
