During this busy time, we want to assure you that we will be shipping daily until midday on the 22nd of December. Orders placed after midday on the 22nd will be dispatched from the 3rd of January, as our little team deserves a nice break too ;)

Due to extremely high freight volumes over the holiday season, some courier items may be delayed. If you're in a hurry, we suggest checking the current updates from our delivery partners here before placing your order.
Click and Collect
Last day to collect your order is 22nd of December by midday. Any orders past this date can be collected from 8th of January.
Please note, the cut-off for any servicing (sharpening or repairs) is the 13th of December. We won't be able to return your equipment before the end of the year when receiving after this date.
The best method to contact us for help and support during this busier than usual time is through email. Please note that during the Holidays, our phone number will be unavailable but you can still email us and we will come back to you from the 8th of January.
P.s.: we will take into consideration this time frame for any warranty requests during the Holidays.
With couriers being busier than usual, normal delivery is 2 to 5 working days. For delayed parcels, please check your tracking number online first before getting in touch.
