Holidays are coming up and we are still able to ship the supplies you need for the health and welfare of animals in your care.
During this busy time, we want to assure you that we will be shipping daily with contactless delivery until the 24th of December. However, with regions in New Zealand at different traffic lights; extremely high freight volumes; and Health & Safety requirements in force (including distancing, team separation & sanitisation) some courier items may be delayed.
If you're in a hurry, we suggest checking the current updates from our delivery partners here for everything that it will fit in a bag and here for larger boxed items (e.g. dryers, tubs, bulk shampoos) before placing your order.

You can still place an order everyday during the Holidays, but orders placed after midday on the 24th will be dispatched from the 5th of January, as our little team deserves a nice break too ;)
Support: The best methods to contact us for help and support during this busier than usual time is through email. We are monitoring live chat daily and we still aim to reply to all emails the same-day. Please note that during the Holidays, you can still email us and we will come back to you from the 5th of January.
P.s.: we will take into consideration this time frame for any warranty requests during the Holidays.
Delivery: With couriers being busier than usual, normal delivery is 2 to 5 working days. If it has been more than 5 working days since your parcel left, please check the online tracking first (we email the tracking link to you).
