Blade guide > For best results use with a 10 blade. Also fit on a 30 blade. To reduce the risk of damage to blade teeth, check the comb is attached properly and use with a 10 blade. Universal comb attachments fit on all brands of A5 blades only. If you're not sure, check the A5 clipper chart first, then check your blade number (etched on the face of the blade). Before use > Ensure the coat is free of tangles and knots, and dead coat has been removed (a deshedder is great for this). How to use > Watch the video here for how to attach your combs properly.
Secure fit on any brand of A5 blade in size 10 or 30 (10 blade recommended). Colour coded for quick visual reference. Sizes included in this set are:
# 5 - 3 mm cut
# 4 - 6 mm cut
# 2 - 9.5 mm cut
# 1 - 12 mm cut
# 0 - 15 mm cut
# A - 19mm cut
# B - 22 mm cut
# C - 25 mm cut
Resulting coat length will depend on clipping with the direction of the coat, or against it.

When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Orders on weekends, public holidays, or for large products (eg: dryers, tubs, tables), usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. Please be aware of delivery delay updates from our courier partners here for smaller orders and here for larger orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3 for small, light items. Most orders are maximum $5 for standard shipping for orders up to 10kgs. Add $4 for rural delivery. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship.

Can I return what I've purchased?
By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
