New from Geib are the Geib Avanti Comfort+ 8.5" Straight scissors. A real pleasure to use. Superb balance from this more specialist, higher level scissor (rated a high level 2 / entry level 3). Shorter shank and longer blade means minimal effort for maximum results. One for more experienced users who know the value of investing in your tools. Unique swedge blade design makes this a more robust finishing scissor than most, especially for thicker coats. Decent weight and beautifully balanced. Very fine micro serration for less coat slip and better user feedback. We love the natural, earthy colours with a brown dip to the slightly offset handle, and sunshine-yellow removable finger inserts. More details below

Geib measurements include the finger rest. This compares with a scissor roughly half an inch shorter in other brands. Geib scissors are handmade. Like raw silk, minor marks or blemishes are normal, but have no impact on the life or performance of the scissor. Please take proper care of your scissors.
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Orders on weekends, public holidays, or for large products (eg: dryers, tubs, tables), usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3 for small, light items. Most orders are maximum $5 for standard shipping for orders up to 10kgs. Add $4 for rural delivery. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
