The Wahl KMSS is an affordable, entry-level, home-use clipper that fits all the same blades, comb attachments and other accessories the professionals use. It comes with a handy starter kit designed for the home user. Like professional clippers, it comes with a 10 blade, cleaning brush and small starter oil free, however the KMSS also comes with the bonus of light use trimming scissors and 4 comb attachments for longer coat lengths up to 13mm. An extensive range of shorter and longer blades and comb attachments are also available that fit the KMSS (available separately), for coat lengths from under 1mm to over 3cms.
COAT GUIDE Clippers come in 4 levels: light use, medium duty, heavy duty or super duty. The KMSS sits roughly between light use and medium duty when used for full body clipping. That means it's rated for all coat types for trimming and touch-ups only, and rated for full body clipping only for lighter, thinner or easier coats, and for puppies before they get their adult coat. For dogs with thicker, difficult, matted, mixed texture, non-shed, double or wire coats, we recommend upgrading to at least Wahl's KM2, ideally their KM5 depending on coat prep and condition. When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Orders on weekends, public holidays, or for large products (eg: dryers, tubs, tables), usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3 for small, light items. Most orders are maximum $5 for standard shipping for orders up to 10kgs. Add $4 for rural delivery. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
