Australian Shipping Information - Why Are Prices Different for NZ and Australian Customers?

As a New Zealand-based online dog grooming retail store, we're thrilled to serve both local and Australian customers. You might notice that prices differ slightly between the two countries — and we want to explain why.

While exchange rates do play a part, there are other important factors too. Things like shipping costs, local taxes, currency conversion fees, international credit card fees, and broader economic conditions all influence our pricing. Supplying to Australia brings extra costs that don’t apply to local NZ orders, and our prices reflect that.

We do our best to keep things fair and competitive while making sure we can continue offering great products and service on both sides of the Tasman.

When you shop with us, you’ll always see final prices in your local currency at checkout, so there are no surprises. Once your Australian address has been entered for delivery, your prices will be converted to AUD, before you pay. 

Shipping

Most orders will be dispatched via DHL or NZ Couriers International - dependent on volume and weight.

Australian Customs

Please note; when your parcel arrives in your country, there might be some customs or import duties that need to be paid. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee whether you'll be charged or not. Customs charges are normally only applied to orders with a value of AU$1000 or greater.

It's important to note that if these charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient not the sender, so you'll need to take care of them.
