Refurb Products Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to any product with the “Refurb” badge.
All Refurb badged products are either refurbished, discontinued, near new/showroom model, reduced to clear or seconds. Because of this, they will be priced accordingly and our standard warranty returns process does not apply.
- All refurbished electronics such as clippers and trimmers come with a 6 month warranty period.
- All non-electronic refurbished products come with a 7-day satisfaction.
These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
What are Refurbished Electronics?
All electronics with the refurb badge are either discontinued, showroom models, near new/second hand or second hand and refurbished. Electronic products that are used and refurbished are original electronics sourced by AllGroom that have undergone rigorous testing and are covered under a 6 month warranty period. All parts replaced are genuine. Please note, for clippers and trimmers that are discontinued, we are unable to supply parts. In this case, if the electronic does not perform as it should within 6 months, it can be returned to us for a refund.
What is the 6-month warranty period?
Our refurbished electronics have a 6-month warranty period as they are not brand new products. Prior to returning a product for warranty, please contact us to obtain instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please note we may be unable to repair or replace your product due to unavailability of parts, in which case you will be refunded.
What is 7-day satisfaction?
If at any time within the first 7 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your non-electronic refurb product, please contact us to obtain instructions on how to ship your product back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a full exchange or refund. Please note that for a non-quality related claim, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Undamaged products may be returned to get a full refund for any reason within 7-days from the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives at AllGroom for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returned items must include the original packaging (if purchased with).
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, (7-day satisfaction) the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For quality-related warranty claims, AllGroom refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
- Refund requests for the 7-day money back guarantee will expire 7 days after opening a warranty claim. AllGroom will not issue a refund request for non-quality warranty claims after this 7-day window has elapsed.
These terms are only valid for refurb badged products.
