I haven't received my order yet

Please first check you've allowed enough time:

For smaller orders: the standard delivery timeframe is 1-3 working days. Rural delivery will add an additional 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.

For larger orders: Larger or heavier products can add 1 to 2 days to normal delivery times, especially tubs and larger tables. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Rural delivery will add an additional 1-2 working days.

Remember to count normal working days (so if you placed your order on a Saturday for example, it won't leave us till Monday). We ship daily Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Couriers typically won't deliver on weekends. 

If you haven't received your order within the normal delivery time above, please get in touch and we'll run a track and trace, and provide you with an estimated time or date for delivery. Please have your order number ready.
