I haven't received my order yet

Please first check you've allowed enough time: Smaller orders: Standard delivery is 1 to 2 working days. Rural adds 1 to 2 working days. Allow 1 to 4 working days for delivery. Larger orders: Larger or heavier products can add 1 to 2 days to normal delivery times, especially tubs and larger tables. Allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Remember to count normal working days (so if you placed your order on a Saturday for example, it won't leave us till Monday). We ship Monday to Friday except public holidays.

If you haven't received your order within the normal delivery time above, please get in touch and we'll run a track and trace, and provide you with an estimated time or date for delivery. Please have your order number ready.
