The item I ordered is out of stock

Our website stock is live, and matches what we physically have in stock in our warehouse. While we do our best to keep our stock levels up to date on the website, sometimes there can be a difference between the website and physical stock on hand. It's rare, but when it does happen, we'll let you know right away.

If you have placed an order with multiple items and one (or more) of those items are out of stock, the rest of your order will still be sent (so all 'in-stock' items will be sent), and you can choose to either receive a credit or refund for the value of the 'out of stock' items.

If it's not too long to wait, we may be able to send you the product/s when our next order arrives, but if the item won't be back in stock within the same calendar month, we will normally provide a refund or credit instead.

Refunds are put back on to the same method of payment used for your order. Refunds are normally processed the same day and show at your end in 2 to 3 working days depending on your bank.
