Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, we do. However, you must select rural delivery when you checkout, as rural deliveries use a different service. If you have a rural address and have selected standard delivery, we will be in touch prior to the dispatch of your order. Rural deliveries will incur an additional freight charge, however this is typically no greater than an additional $10, including oversized orders. Please allow 1- 2 extra days for rural delivery orders to arrive.
If your order was sent via Team Global Express (formerly known as Toll) and you notice a scan for "Delivery Unavailable", make sure to check the "Courier Post Ticket" box, next to the consignment number. If your address is rural, your order may be passed from TGE to NZ Post for the completion of delivery. When this happens, you will be given a new NZ Post tracking number, which can be found in the TGE Tracking Portal.
