Can I claim a discount after the promotion has ended?
At AllGroom, we run frequent promotions to offer great value to our customers. These promotional prices are available only for orders placed during the promotional period.
Because of this, we do not offer:

Price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotion

Refunds or partial refunds to match promotional pricing
 - 
Store credit for the difference in price
 
All purchases are charged at the price displayed at the time the order is completed.
Prices are subject to change at any time, and promotional discounts are not guaranteed to repeat.
We encourage customers to take advantage of promotions while they are active, as we are unable to retroactively apply discounts.
If you have any issues with a promotion applying to your order, please take a screenshot of the error message you receive at checkout, and email our customer support team (support@allgroom.co.nz) before you place the order so that we can help.
