What methods of payment do you offer?

AllGroom accepts payment online only, by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Zip Payment and bank transfer via POLi Pay. Your preferred payment method can be selected at checkout. We're not able to take payment over the phone.

If you'd like to pay off your purchase over time, you can select Zip at checkout. You will need to create a Zip account, then you will be able to pay off your order in 4 payments, over 6 weeks. 

If you'd like to transfer the payment directly from your account, you can select POLi at checkout. Once you have placed your order, you will be redirected to the POLi payment page where you will be prompted to enter your bank details. No account is required to use POLI pay.  

Rest assured, your payment is secure, on an encrypted payment page, called a payment gateway. We cannot access your credit card or bank details at any stage before, during or after payment.
