Goods with a Declared or Assessed Value by Customs exceeding AUD$1,000

Your order will incur Duty, Tax or possibly other charges at the border. Please note – Shipping Cost may be included in the Assessed Value.

Assessed Value is based on the Retail Price and excludes any discount including free shipping. For more information about customs regulations, just click here.

Important

AllGroom cannot split a customer order once paid for – as a Single Invoice is automatically generated. AllGroom ships to Australia five days per week, and orders placed before 2 pm NZ time will normally be dispatched the same day.

Example:

• Order #1: $400 of goods + $30 shipping
• Order # 2: $600 of goods + $30 shipping
• Order #3: $900 of goods + $50 shipping

Orders #1 and #2 won't likely be held by customs. Order #3 it might.
