Can I change the delivery address on my order?

We are unable to edit your details on your order from our end. Please make sure all delivery details are correct before you pay. If you've already placed your order, provided your order has not left us yet, we can change the address details manually on your parcel, so get in touch with us as soon as you realise the error (live chat is usually best for the most immediate response).

If you realised too late, and your order has already left us, call the courier company right away. They may be able to redirect it, depending on where your parcel is in their network. The shipping email you received from us when your order was dispatched, tells you your tracking reference, and the courier company it went with.

Please note it is the receiver's responsibility to action a redirect once a parcel has left us.

If your order has already been delivered to the wrong address, but the address matched what you entered on the order, it's your responsibility to arrange collection. We're unable to arrange or pay for a collection or re-delivery from our end, or re-send the order, or refund the order, if it was sent to the address entered on your order.
