I haven't received all the products from my order

If you ordered a larger or heavier item along with smaller items in the same order, the smaller items may arrive first, and the larger items arrive separately a day or 2 later. Larger or heavier items that are typically shipped separately include dryers, tubs, tables and grooming arms.

Check your shipping confirmation email and see if there is one or more than one tracking number listed. If there's more than one, you'll receive the rest of your order soon. If you aren't sure, or can't find the shipping email, get in touch and we'll check for you. 

Your shipping email also tells you which courier company is delivering your order. Products typically sent by Toll include dryers, grooming arms and foldable tables. They usually arrive 1 to 2 working days after smaller items, sent in a courier bag with CourierPost. CourierPost typically delivers very fast, from overnight to 2 working days. Very large or heavier items, that have to ship on a pallet by tail-lift truck (such as 1 metre plus hydraulic and electric tables, and larger tubs), can take 4 to 5 working days and are usually shipped by Strait. Check your shipping email as it will tell you the company and the tracking number. Allow an extra 1 to 2 days for rural delivery.

However, if you didn't have any larger / bulkier items in your order, or only have one tracking reference on your shipping email, everything should have been sent together. So if you haven't received everything together, please get in touch and tell us your order number and we'll investigate.
