How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. That email tells you your tracking reference and the courier company your order's being delivered by. To track your order, type the tracking reference in to the matching courier's website, below.
Note that your tracking only shows updates once your order has been packed, physically collected from us, and scanned by the courier.
If the courier tracker says the reference isn't correct, you may need to delete any spaces in the tracking number, or check you've typed the reference number in correctly - including any letters or dashes.
If your order was sent via Team Global Express (formerly known as Toll) and you notice a scan for "Delivery Unavailable", make sure to check the "Courier Post Ticket" box, next to the consignment number. If your address is rural, or if you are not home, your order may be passed from TGE to NZ Post for the completion of delivery. When this happens, you will be given a new NZ Post tracking number, which can be found in the TGE Tracking Portal.
If you get stuck just get in touch and we'll track your order for you from our end instead. Delivery is usually 1 to 4 working days.
