How do I reset my password?

If you have a login, but you can't remember your password:

To reset your password:

1. Go to Log in from the top menu.

2. Click Forgot your password? on the Log in page (it's above the pink SIGN IN button).

3. On the Reset Password page, type in your email address. The website will email you a link to reset your password.

If you don't receive the reset password email in 5 minutes, check your junk or spam folder. If you don't receive anything, you may not have a login set up for that email address. Register instead (instructions below).

If you haven't got a login yet:

To create a new login for your email address:

1. Go to Log in from the top menu.

2. On the Log in page, click Register (below the pink SIGN IN button).

3. Complete your details on the Register page and click the Create button.

You'll now be logged in, and can place an order.
