What is ShopPay? Why can't I pay using Zip, or PoLi?

At AllGroom, we offer payment via Credit/Debit card, ZIP payment installation, and PoLi internet banking. We also use ShopPay, which is an accelerated checkout option that stores your details for a faster checkout process across many online stores. This information is not held and cannot be accessed by us here at AllGroom, but is safely stored with ShopPay. 

If you have a ShopPay account and have placed an order with us (or another online retailer) before, you might notice a notification at checkout asking you to enter a code that has been sent to your mobile. This notification comes from ShopPay, and doing this authorization step will automatically log you into your account, bringing up your saved shipping and payment information to help you checkout faster. 

When logged into ShopPay, the only payment option available will be your previously used credit/debit card. If you would like to pay via ZIP or PoLi, you will need to log out of your ShopPay account to proceed. 

On the final checkout page, before payment, you will be given the option to log out of your ShopPay account and checkout as a guest. To find this option, scroll down to the very bottom of the last page. Under the "Pay Now" button, you should see a link that reads "checkout as guest". Once selected, you will be logged out of your ShopPay account and can choose your preferred payment method. Rest assured that by checking out as a guest, you will still be logged in to your AllGroom account and your purchase history will still be linked to your email.
