Highly recommended for use before clipping when grooming thick coats that tend to clog finer-tooth blades or comb attachments. Thins tangle-prone coats. Removes stuck, dead coat. Provides relief from heat for thick coats. Emulates a hand-stripping finish for non-show dogs (note: not recommended for show dogs for breeds that should be hand stripped for correct coat texture). When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Can I return what I've purchased?
By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
