How to use this product:
Super Cream becomes liquid after putting the container in hot water. Super Cream Hot Oil Conditioner can also be prepared in the microwave. There are a few different methods of application.
Creamy Bath Treatment: Dissolve 2 full teaspoons of Bio-Groom Super Cream Concentrate in 500ml of hot water. Mix thoroughly to obtain a hmogeneous consistency (if the substance has a liquid form, use about 28g). Bathe the dog in one of our Bio-Groom shampoos, then wet the coat with the previously prepared solution (the temperature of the solution should be close to the body temperature of the dog) and spread it well. Wipre dry with a towel and brush or blowdry until dry.
Dull and Tangled Hair Treatment: Mix an equal amount of Bio-Groom Super Cream and hot water. After cooling, massage the resulting solution into the coat (very carefully in tangled places) and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then comb wet hair (especially dull and tangled hair should be slightly seperated). After combing, bathe the dog in one of our Bio-Groom shampoos to clean the coat. Rinse, dry, and comb out the coat.
Daily Routine: Bio-Groom Super Cream can be added to Bio-Groom Shampoos. To prepare 0.5 litres of solution, dissolve about 14g of product into hot water. To this solution, add 100-150ml of Bio-Groom shampoo and mix thoroughly. Then bathe the dog, rinse, and dry.
Hot Oil Treatment: In a glass or microwave safe container, fill with 1.5 cups of hot water. Add super cream according to size and coat requirements (small dogs = 1 heaped teaspoon, medium dogs = 2 teaspoons, large dogs = 3 teaspoons). Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Stir the micture until it has the consistancy of full cream milk. Leave the mixture to dry until it is warm, not hot. Always test the temperature before using. Do not risk scalding your dog. While you're waiting for it to cool, shampoo the dog and rinse completely but do not dry. Apply mixture while it's still warm and massage into skin and coat. Keep your dog in a warm area with the mixture on for 15 minutes to 60 minutes (you can keep massaging it during treatment time if you like). The longer you leave it on, the more amazing the results. To complete the treatment, shampoo again, and rinse out thoroughly. Dry, brush and clip / style as usual.

For New Zealand orders, most parcels arrive 1-3 working days after they've left us. Allow an extra day or two for rural delivery and oversized orders.
For Australian orders, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days after they've left us.

Are you in stock?
Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship. Please note we do not work with back-orders.
