ProGroom's Dermal Care is a extra gentle, hypoallergenic conditioner that offers exceptional conditioning and detangling benefits, rejuvenating dry skin and coats. Formulated for sensitive or scratchy dogs, and dogs with delicate coats. Gentle enough for cats too. Sulfate-free, gentle cleanser with a 'less is best' formula to reduce the risk of allergic reaction by avoiding all common allergens. Favoured by groomers with sensitive skin also.

Perfect companion to ProGroom's Dermal Care Shampoo.

Fresh, clean tropical scent with a hint of pineapple. One of our favourite scents in the entire ProGroom range. Not too heavy but enough to leave a delicious, light scent on the coat. Non-irritant fragrance.

Sulfate-Free. Gently conditions to aid brushing and combing. Replenishes and maintains moisture balance with panthenol, natural glycerine and aloe vera. Jojoba Wax Esters help keep skin calm and comfortable. Allantoin provides anti-irritant protection and prevents dryness. Contains no known allergens. Non-irritant fragrance is unlikely to cause a reaction.

ProGroom Dermal Care Conditioner Directions for Use

For best results, dilute before use.

Can be used full strength or diluted 15:1. Use diluted conditioner within 24 hours. 

Apply diluted conditioner to a wet coat and gently work through the entire coat. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes. For best results, use with Progroom's Dermal Care Shampoo.


When will my order leave?

Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. If in a hurry, please check the delivery updates from our courier partners here for NZ Post and here for Toll.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay. 

Are you in stock?

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship.

By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
