Welcome to the brand new AllGroom website. Yes, lots has changed, and there are all sorts of exciting new features & functionality, however our goal was to keep everything important right where you expect it to be, so everything's still easy (if not easier) to find. It may look pretty on the surface, but the changes are more than skin-deep. The entire system behind the website is brand new too.
What's new & what it means for you...
Your previous orders
Everything's backed up. We have copies of all past orders should you ever need them, and have a copy of every warranty just in case.
This is a new website front and back. That means if you had a login on the old site, you do need to create a new login on the new site. Previous customers were emailed an invitation to create a new login. If you didn't get the email, or can't find it, just choose LOG IN from the top menu, or register here >
The Help section
This huge area of the website is entirely new. Packed full of years of knowledge about grooming products, answers to frequently asked questions, product guides, help choosing clippers, scissors, dryers & so much more - all in one easy-to-search area. There's a lot already included in this new section, and lots more to come.
The new cart, checkout & payment process is much easier, faster, and smarter!
The new delivery tracking system will keep you better updated on your order status from our warehouse to your door.
We'll continue using the current delivery system short-term when the new site first goes live, but the new system won't be far away.
Your weekly emails
If you used to receive the weekly AllGroom emails, you will still continue to receive them. There's no need to subscribe again.
Click & Collect
Click & collect from our Auckland premises will be available soon. You'll soon be able to choose Delivery or Pick up when you checkout. Later on we'll also be able to offer an urgent, same day pick-up service (with a few requirements, such as ordering by a certain time on selected days).
As soon as we can offer click & collect, and urgent same-day collection, we'll let you know more details. For now this is 'coming soon'.
The entire website is now more smart-phone & tablet friendly, making browsing and buying on mobile devices so much easier.
We get a lot of phone-calls, so do appreciate it if you can try placing your order online first. However you will soon be able to place your orders with us over the phone. Payment is still required at the time you order.
The phone orders service is coming soon, won't be long.
No change here! If you're subscribed, you'll still receive the best deals in your inbox once a week with up to 50% off selected grooming goodies.
Back in stock notifications
If you entered your email to be notified when a product that's sold out comes back in to stock, we have set that up for you again on the new website also. You will still receive an email when the product's back in stock.
New website, new links! You will find some broken links at first, that either don't go anywhere when clicked, or take you to an error page. We know it's annoying but that's an expected thing to go wrong when a new website goes live, and is something we're fixing asap.
This is another common issue when an entire website is new (not just a new design). For a short time after the new site goes live, you may find a small number of missing products.
If the product was on our old website, we'll soon get it on our new website too. If you need it urgently, just let us know and we'll put it top of our list for you.
