Description
Powerful rotary motor with quad force blade drive technology lasts twice as long as standard blade drives. 10% faster than the AGC Super 2 Speed with 5 speeds for maximum control and minimal blade heat. Soft-grip, anti-slip housing with recessed power button and speed adjusters - yet only 15.8 cm in length. Extremely comfortable to handle. Ideal for all grooming jobs, a pleasure for larger dogs, horses, and thicker or double coats in particular when compared to traditional, heavier, non-ergonomic clippers. Slower low speed (down to just 2,000 SPM) means much less noise and the blade heats much slower. 5 levels, adjustable up to a very fast 3,800 SPM for tough jobs, mats or for a super smooth finish for shows / competitions. Comes with size #10 Andis UltraEdge detachable blade (1.5mm) & small oil. A5 model clipper - fits all A5 blades by all brands including Andis, Wahl, Geib, Heiniger & Oster, as well as all universal comb attachments for coat lengths up to 32mm (available separately). Extra long heavy duty power cord with protective rubber to extend cord lifetime, and built-in hook to hang clipper when not in use.

For home users: Please use the Blade Guide for help choosing blades or comb attachments for longer coat lengths. Recommend purchase of full size oil and coolant with any new clipper.
For non-professional groomers we recommend the following clipping prep & steps for successful grooming:
Step 1: Brush & wash first. Always brush out mats and knots before bathing. Shampoo and condition, then rinse well to remove all sand, dirt, debris & any uninvited guests. To keep blades sharper for longer: only clip a freshly washed coat.
Step 2: Dry: The coat must be completely dry before clipping. Towel dry (blot, don't rub) then use a hand held or pet dryer - not on hot. See drying tips
Step 3: Comb. Remove any remaining knots with a slicker or rake then comb out any remaining tangles before clipping.
Step 4: Clip: If you followed all 3 steps, you're ready for clipping. Not brushing, washing, drying and combing before clipping can quickly blunt your blade. Remember to oil blades before use. Reapply oil or use coolant while clipping. Avoid blade burn: touch blade every 10 mins to check temperature. Always oil blades before storage (watch the how to oil video).
Important: Failure to wash, dry & comb prior to clipping can quickly blunt your blade (note: dull / blunt blades are not covered by the clipper warranty). After use - Wipe loose hair from the blade, use blade cleaner then oil again before storing. Storage - As with all clippers and trimmers: clipper must be hung up securely by the metal hook provided on the clipper - or laid down with the cord extended (never bunch, wrap or fold the cord over / around the clipper and take care to never bend the cord where it connects to the clipper). Incorrect storage may result in internal damage to the cord (note: cord wear and tear is not covered by the clipper warranty).

When will my order leave?
Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched next business day.
When will my order arrive?
For New Zealand orders, most parcels arrive 1-3 working days after they've left us. Allow an extra day or two for rural delivery and oversized orders.
For Australian orders, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days after they've left us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is estimated by weight and starts from $4.80. The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
Are you in stock?
Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship. Please note we do not work with back-orders.

Can I return what I've purchased?
If you’d like to return an item, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to guide you through the process.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind return policy.
If you've purchased the wrong item, size, or no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Just make sure to contact us within 7 days of the products arrival.
Please be aware we can only accept items for return that are 100% brand new, unused and in resalable condition. Used or tested items are not eligible for a return. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I choose a refund, store credit, or exchange?
As long as your item is unused, and you have contacted us within 7 days of the products arrival, you can return your item for your choice of a refund or an exchange. We are unable to offer store credit.
For exchanges, you can use the value toward any other item of equal or greater value, with any additional shipping costs covered by you.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your nominated bank account, minus a 2.5% processing fee.
Warranty Returns
All items we sell come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects caused by manufacturing faults, but not wear and tear or misuse. For more about warranties and what’s covered, click here.
How do I Request a Warranty Return?
If you believe your product has a fault or defect, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to help resolve the issue, and we’ll cover the cost of return postage if needed.
Can I choose a repair, refund, or replacement?
If possible, we always aim to repair first. We have authorised technicians available for every brand we sell. If a repair is not possible, then we will provide a replacement. If a replacement unit is not available, we will offer a refund.
Damaged Items
While we do our best to package every parcel safely, rough handing can lead to a less than ideal unboxing experience. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and send us an email to support@allgroom.co.nz with photo evidence of the damage.
