Bio-Groom Natural Scents White Ginger Lily Shampoo in the 3.8 litre size, is a beautiful, fragrance-infused shampoo in a gentle, skin soothing formula. It's part of the popular Natural Scents range which burst with freshness. White Ginger Lily smells divine - also called the Butterfly Lily. If you've ever been to Hawaii, Fiji, or somewhere similarly tropical and been given a fresh lei necklace, you'll have smelt it. It's like a fresher, lighter Gardenia scent, mixed with a splash of fresh, slightly fruity citrus. Highly valued as an essential oil for human perfume. Very fresh scent, no heavy 'fake' perfume smell. Finish your groom with spritz of Bio-Groom White Lily Cologne too.


Made from natural ingredients it has added Chamomile and Aloe Vera, known for their moisturising, soothing benefits. A mild, soap-free formula gentle enough even for puppies and kittens. Environmentally friendly. Cleans very thoroughly (easy to foam / lather), and rinses out so quickly, considerably reducing bathing time. It leaves a residue-free, soft, shiny coat and a beautiful scent. Natural, mild, coconut oil cleansers from renewable sources. Soy protein strengthens and conditions skin and coat. Will not strip natural, protective oils. Can use neat or diluted with 8 parts water. No parabens. No artifical thickeners.

Wet the coat with warm water. Apply shampoo and work well through the coat. Avoid contact with eyes. For best results shampoo a second time and rinse again, then dry and groom as usual. May be diluted with up to 8 parts water.


When will my order leave?

Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?

Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship.

Can I return what I've purchased?

By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
