Note: Each blower requires 2 brushes (buy 1 to get 2 brushes). The Shernbao Cylone and Super Cyclone are single motor dryers, and require 2 brushes (buy 1 set to get 2 brushes), however a dual / twin motor model such as the Shernbao Super Blaster will need 4 brushes in total (so buy 2 sets to get 4 brushes).
Replacing brushes: You can purchase these and have an appliance repairer or electrician change them.
Important: The motor will temporarily stop working until the brushes are replaced. The brushes pass electricity to the motor. When they completely wear down the motor won't receive power. Shernbao Dryers tend to run 500+ hours before the brushes need replacing. This varies depending on what settings you run your dryer on. If the power light is working, but the motor does not run, and the dryer has done around 500+ hours since the brushes were last changed, this is a common the brushes need to be replaced.
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship.

Can I return what I've purchased?
By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
