The ideal solution for dogs who dislike their nails being clipped, or for owners feeling less confident about using traditional nail clippers. The Codos Nail Grinder uses a dremel-style grinding stone - not sandpaper - to trim and smooth nails with less stress and discomfort for your pet, and less risk of cutting the quick, exposing the nerve and causing bleeding. Reduces risk of cutting nails too short.
Two hour recharge for a three hour run-time. Rechargeable, lightweight and cordless. Low noise, gentle and low vibration. Adjusts for smaller and larger nail sizes. Also an ideal nail finishing tool used following traditional nail clippers, to round off the nail and get rid of sharp edges or splintered ends. Replacement Codos grinder wheels available in stock.
TIPS: For extremely anxious pets, allow them time to adjust to the noise before first using on nails. Even though the risk is minor, we strongly recommend always keeping styptic powder on hand anyway when clipping nails just in case. Bio-Groom Styptic Powder is recommended.

When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
