The Heiniger Style MIDI Clipper for professional or domestic use is a medium-size clipper ideal for delicate areas like the face, legs, tail, belly and feet. This is the clipper used first in the video below. Can be run continously with cord directly from the mains (cord included!) or run cordless. The unique angle of the tilted head gives a very precise cut and creates a more comfortable holding angle for delicate work as it better follows the curve and shape of the animal. Note: This clipper set comes with a small clipper oil, however for frequent users we recommend the purchase of a full-size blade oil. As with all clippers and trimmers, the blade must be lubricated and oiled during use and before storage.

For home users for all clippers and trimmers: Please consult a professional / experienced groomer or your breeder for advice. For non-professional groomers we recommend the following steps for successful grooming:
Step 1: Brush & wash first. Always brush out mats before bathing. Shampoo & condition, then rinse well to remove all sand, dirt, debris & any uninvited guests!
Step 2: Dry. The coat must be completely dry before clipping. Do not clip a wet coat. Towel dry then use a hand held dryer - not on hot.
Step 3: Comb. Remove any remaining knots with a slicker or rake before clipping.
Step 4: Trim / Clip. If you followed all 3 steps, you're ready for clipping. Not brushing, washing, drying and combing before clipping can quickly blunt your blade. Remember to re-oil the blade regularly while grooming for a smooth cut and to reduce blade heat. Always oil blades before storage (watch the how to video).
Important: Failure to wash, dry & comb prior to clipping will void the clipper / trimmer warranty. After use - Wipe loose hair from the blade and oil before storing. Storage - As with all clippers and trimmers: clipper must be hung up securely by the metal hook (if your clipper / trimmer has one) - or laid down with the cord extended (never bunch, wrap or fold the cord over/around the clipper and never bend the cord where it connects to the clipper). Incorrect storage may result in internal damage to the cord (not covered by warranty but we can still assist with a repair).
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Orders on weekends, public holidays, or for large products (eg: dryers, tubs, tables), usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3 for small, light items. Most orders are maximum $5 for standard shipping for orders up to 10kgs. Add $4 for rural delivery. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
