ProGroom's 3 step de-shedding system starts with Furex Step 1: Cleanse. There is also Step 2: Release and Step 3: Close (available separately) 

The advanced, 3 point Furex system targets removal of stuck undercoat of double-coated breeds. This system eliminates the need to pre-groom heavy undercoated dogs before the bath. The product does the work for you. 

Step 1 is Cleanse. This shampoo deeply penetrates the coat. Cleansing while neutralising the ionic charge within the coat. Removing dirt, odour, excess sebum and oils. This step preps the coat for loose hair removal and is the start of the deshedding process.

Description

Directions for use:

Step One: Place dog directly in tub, thoroughly wet coat and apply diluted FurEx Clean shampoo and work through coat completely. Rinse lightly and apply a second shampoo. The goal of the first shampoo is to thoroughly wet the coat; the serious cleaning happens with the second shampoo.

Step Two: FurEx Release Conditioner can be diluted and poured through coat, or applied full strength to seriously packed areas such as ruff or hip area. It is important to treat the entire coat with the Release conditioner. Rinse well.

Step Three: After toweling and/or blowing off excess water, spray damp coat thoroughly with FurEx Close spray. Lift coat from bottom up to insure that entire coat is treated. Spray lightly, but thoroughly.

Use a high velocity, forced air dryer to gently blow out the loosened undercoat. Brushing is only necessary in severe areas. Apply more spray product as needed.

When will my order leave?

Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Orders on weekends, public holidays, or for large products (eg: dryers, tubs, tables), usually leave the next working day

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. Please be aware of COVID-19 delivery delay updates from our courier partners here for smaller orders and here for larger orders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts from $3 for small, light items. Most orders are maximum $5 for standard shipping for orders up to 10kgs. Add $4 for rural delivery. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship.

By law we don't have to accept change of mind returns, so before you buy, please check with us first if you're not 100% sure if a product matches your needs. Keep in mind a change of mind return is not the same as a warranty return (for a suspected fault or defect), but purchasing the wrong product is considered change of mind.
