Compact to store. Easy to wring dry, then fast to dry. Fantastic for a busy salon, and for drying thick coats fast at home - it's even great for your own hair! Can be used for drying the car and mopping up spills at the salon, pet store, vet clinic and home too. Saves constantly washing loads of heavy wet towels. See care and cleaning instructions below.
Note: This is for the BLUE towel only. Other colours available separately. Due to the nature of the material, they are not colour fast, so will fade over time (faster with frequent use). Please wash prior to first use, as excess dye might leak.
Care and cleaning
A chamois towel needs minimal care. If just used for water, wring it dry to remove most of the water, then either let it air dry (if needed), or pop it straight back in to the plastic container it comes with, or into a zip-lock or re-sealable plastic bag (like a sandwich bag). If dirty, rinse well with clean water, wring dry, then repeat, before returning to storage.
If you leave them out to completely dry, a chamois will become hard. To soften it, just soak in a little water before you use it again - or pop it back in the plastic container it comes with instead, so it retains a little moisture between uses and stays soft.
If very dirty, they can be machine washed in cold water, wrung dry then put back in to the container to store. Machine washing will speed up colour loss and is not recommended unless required.
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
