Can I cancel my order?

Although we cannot normally cancel an order once placed, if you let us know fast enough, before your order has been packed, we may be able to assist. If your order has already left us, you may be eligible for a swap return

If you have had a change in circumstances, please get in touch asap before your order has been packed.

If we see your cancellation request in time, we can cancel your order for a refund minus a 2.5% processing fee. The processing fee helps to cover staff time and bank fees. 

If you paid by credit card we can process the refund the same day, straight back on to the credit card used, which will show at your end in 1 to 2 working days (depending on your bank).

If you paid by PoLi, we will be in touch for your bank details to direct transfer your refund into your nominated bank account. This may take 1-3 days to appear in your account. 

If you paid by zip pay the process is different and can take longer. Your refund will be processed back to zip, which will be used toward any outstanding zip payments. If you have no outstanding payments, you can request for a refund through their customer support. Find out more here.
