The Andis Vida Cordless 5-in-1 Trimmer & Clipper is a compact yet powerful grooming tool crafted for precision work and lighter grooming needs. With a sleek, lightweight body and ergonomic ribbed grip, it’s designed to minimize hand fatigue while offering superior control — making it ideal for pet parents, professional groomers, and veterinary staff.
The Vida includes a silver 5-in-1 adjustable blade, allowing seamless transitions between cutting lengths (0.25mm, 0.5mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, and 2mm) for everything from close hygiene trims to light body clipping. The 46mm blade width makes it more versatile than standard trimmers, covering more coat with each pass without sacrificing control. Replacement blades are readily available to keep your Vida performing optimally, and these blades can be sharpened to restore their edge when dull.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it provides up to 90 minutes of cordless grooming from just a 60-minute charge. When needed, simply plug in the USB-C charger and use it corded for continuous grooming sessions.
The Vida is a midi-sized tool — larger and more capable than a mini trimmer, but not designed for heavy-duty clipping. If you're grooming delicate areas, smaller pets, or performing detailed work, it's the perfect fit. It comes complete with 6 plastic guide combs, a weighted charging stand, USB-C cord, cleaning brush, and blade oil — everything you need to get started.

The Andis Vida is suitable for full-body clipping on small adult dogs with light or fine coats, and puppies of any breed before their adult coat comes in. It's also well-suited for clipping cats, including lion cuts, belly shaves, legs, neck, tail, and hygiene areas.
This trimmer is ideal for precision trimming on dogs of all sizes and coat types, especially in delicate or sensitive areas such as the face, around eyes and mouth, under and inside ears, paws, paw pads, genitals, and underbelly.
It can also be used for targeted trimming on horses (bridle paths, ears, fetlocks, and muzzles), and is commonly used in veterinary settings for clearing wound sites, removing small mats, and preparing surgical areas.
Not rated for full-body clipping on thick, matted, double, or woolly coats. For those tasks, a full-size clipper is recommended.
Coat Guide: For full body clipping on difficult, thick or matted coats, double or non-shed coats, or wool/wiry coats, we recommend upgrading to a full-size clipper rather than relying on a 5-in-1 trimmer. The Vida is rated for all coat types for trimming, but not for full body clipping on demanding coats. Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched next business day.
When will my order arrive?
For New Zealand orders, most parcels arrive 1-3 working days after they've left us. Allow an extra day or two for rural delivery and oversized orders.
For Australian orders, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days after they've left us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is estimated by weight and starts from $4.80. The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship. Please note we do not work with back-orders.

Can I return what I've purchased?
If you’d like to return an item, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to guide you through the process.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind return policy.
If you've purchased the wrong item, size, or no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Just make sure to contact us within 7 days of the products arrival.
Please be aware we can only accept items for return that are 100% brand new, unused and in resalable condition. Used or tested items are not eligible for a return. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I choose a refund, store credit, or exchange?
As long as your item is unused, and you have contacted us within 7 days of the products arrival, you can return your item for your choice of a refund or an exchange. We are unable to offer store credit.
For exchanges, you can use the value toward any other item of equal or greater value, with any additional shipping costs covered by you.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your nominated bank account, minus a 2.5% processing fee.
Warranty Returns
All items we sell come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects caused by manufacturing faults, but not wear and tear or misuse. For more about warranties and what’s covered, click here.
How do I Request a Warranty Return?

Can I choose a repair, refund, or replacement?
If possible, we always aim to repair first. We have authorised technicians available for every brand we sell. If a repair is not possible, then we will provide a replacement. If a replacement unit is not available, we will offer a refund.
Damaged Items
While we do our best to package every parcel safely, rough handing can lead to a less than ideal unboxing experience. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and send us an email to support@allgroom.co.nz with photo evidence of the damage.
