The Wahl Brav Mini+ Trimmer is a rechargeable, NiMH battery, cordless trimmer offering up to 100 mins run time from a 120 min recharge. Gorgeous new sapphire shade of blue. LED charge indicator light tells you when to recharge. Very quiet, low vibration, cool running & lightweight. For trimming delicate areas on all breeds and all coats, including inside ears and ear edges, around eyes and mouth, eyebrows and moustache, face, between paw ads, to tidy up around feet, trimming the tail, & for sanitary areas (genitals, abdomen, anus etc). Ideal for anxious, noise-sensitive or touch-sensitive dogs for delicate or difficult areas. Very handy with your full size clipper is corded. Gives you cordless ease of use for the fiddly areas. Description

Comes with a replaceable Wahl Star #30 blade (1/32" / 0.8mm). Easy blade removal for cleaning. Narrow 30mm blade width (same width as the Wahl Mini Figura and the Heiniger Mini), perfect for getting into small delicate areas. Weighs just 127 grams. Length: 14cms. Comes with snap-on adjustable comb giving you 6 coat lengths, from the blade by itself (0.8mm) then 3mm up to 6mm using the comb. Surprisingly power for its size at 5,350 SPM (strokes per minute). Clipper made in Hungary, blade made in Germany. 12 month NZ warranty. Watch the video below

General clipper & trimmer use instructions follow.

For home users: Please consult a professional / experienced groomer / breeder as to which blade is ideal for different body areas, or use comb attachments. For non-professional groomers we recommend the following steps for successful grooming:

Step 1: Brush & bathe first. Always brush out mats before bathing. Shampoo & condition, then rinse well to remove all sand, dirt, debris & any uninvited guests!

Step 2: Dry: The coat must be completely dry  before clipping. Towel dry then use a hand held dryer - never on hot.

Step 3: Comb. Remove any remaining knots with a slicker or rake, then comb, before clipping. 

Step 4: Clip: If you followed all 3 steps, you're ready for clipping. If you do not brush, wash, dry & comb before clipping you can quickly blunt your blade. Remember to re-oil the blade regularly while grooming for a smooth cut and use coolant to reduce blade heat and avoid burning your dog. Always oil blades before storage (watch the how to video).

Important: After use - Wipe loose hair from the blade and oil before storing. Storage - As with all clippers and trimmers: a corded clipper / trimmer should be hung up securely by the metal hook provided on the clipper - or laid down with the cord extended (never bunch, wrap or fold the cord over/around the clipper and never bend the cord where it connects to the clipper). Incorrect storage may result in internal damage to the cord (not covered by warranty but we can assist with the repair).

Delivery

When will my order leave?

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched next business day.

When will my order arrive?

For New Zealand orders, most parcels arrive 1-3 working days after they've left us. Allow an extra day or two for rural delivery and oversized orders.

For Australian orders, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days after they've left us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is estimated by weight and starts from $4.80. The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay. 

Are you in stock?

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship. Please note we do not work with back-orders.

Can I return what I've purchased?

If you’d like to return an item, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to guide you through the process.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind return policy.

If you've purchased the wrong item, size, or no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Just make sure to contact us within 7 days of the products arrival. 

Please be aware we can only accept items for return that are 100% brand new, unused and in resalable condition. Used or tested items are not eligible for a return. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I choose a refund, store credit, or exchange?

As long as your item is unused, and you have contacted us within 7 days of the products arrival, you can return your item for your choice of a refund or an exchange. We are unable to offer store credit.

For exchanges, you can use the value toward any other item of equal or greater value, with any additional shipping costs covered by you.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your nominated bank account, minus a 2.5% processing fee.

Warranty Returns

All items we sell come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects caused by manufacturing faults, but not wear and tear or misuse. For more about warranties and what’s covered, click here.

How do I Request a Warranty Return?

If you believe your product has a fault or defect, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to help resolve the issue, and we’ll cover the cost of return postage if needed.

Can I choose a repair, refund, or replacement?

If possible, we always aim to repair first. We have authorised technicians available for every brand we sell. If a repair is not possible, then we will provide a replacement. If a replacement unit is not available, we will offer a refund.

Damaged Items

While we do our best to package every parcel safely, rough handing can lead to a less than ideal unboxing experience. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and send us an email to support@allgroom.co.nz with photo evidence of the damage.
