The Shernbao Vertical Electric Lift Grooming Table is one seriously smooth, stable, good-looking table, plus we love the super sleek, modern design with it's clean lines, stylish black, and clever control panel. Height range goes down to 55cm and right up to 105cm. Unique double frame goes up and down vertically (instead of an X or Z frame), meaning weight is distributed evenly regardless of height, making it incredibly stable - no wobbling or tipping. The double-column electric lift actuators are very smooth, vibration-free, very strong and designed to last.

What makes this table extra special is the digital display height adjustment with up to 4 easily programmed preset heights for single press height changes, plus soft touch buttons which allows easy height adjustment down to to the cm with no need for foot pedals or a pump.

Description

The fully wrapped rubber table surface provides an anti-slip, more comfortable experience for pets. Table comes with the heavy duty stainless steel overhead crossbar and grooming loops included. A hidden shelf under the table keeps wiring safely and neatly out of the way. This table uses minimal floor space, ideal for use with a grooming stool, and makes for very easy sweeping, vacuuming and mopping for extra cleanliness. 

The touch panel position can be swapped for left or right handed. Use the arrows on the touchpad to adjust to the centimetre (hold down and let go at the height you prefer), or hold down M (memory) and choose one of the 4 positions to set as your pre-set heights. These can be changed to suit. You can also go to a preset height, then adjust up or down from there using the arrows. This table moves extrememly smoothly up and down and stays very stable even when right up high - max height over 1 metre!

Hydraulic versus Electric – What’s the difference?

Both are designed for professional use. An electric table requires electricity (you’ll need to plug it in), and uses an electric motor to smoothly adjust the table height up and down. A hydraulic table uses a pump action, not a motor, so uses the body as leverage to change the height, usually done with a foot pump. Hydraulic tables usually increase the height gently ‘pump by pump’ rather than in one even movement when going up, but most have a smooth, even motion when reducing the height back down, similar to an electric table. Hydraulic tables have traditionally cost more than electric, although prices have been coming down. Hydraulic tables typically have a longer lifetime than electric motor tables.

Caring for your table

If you look after your table well you can extend its lifetime. At the end of every day, blow or brush fur off the table top, wipe it clean and dry it. Take extra care to blow or brush out fur from around the table also, especially around any moving parts to reduce hair entering the mechanics. Wipe and keep the table dry to avoid rust or stains, paying attention to any stainless steel parts such as the grooming arm.

When will my order leave?

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched next business day.

When will my order arrive?

For New Zealand orders, most parcels arrive 1-3 working days after they've left us. Allow an extra day or two for rural delivery and oversized orders.

For Australian orders, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days after they've left us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is estimated by weight and starts from $4.80. The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay. 

Are you in stock?

Stock levels on our website are live. What's showing in stock online is physically in stock in our NZ warehouse, ready to ship. Please note we do not work with back-orders.

Can I return what I've purchased?

If you’d like to return an item, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to guide you through the process.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind return policy.

If you've purchased the wrong item, size, or no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Just make sure to contact us within 7 days of the products arrival. 

Please be aware we can only accept items for return that are 100% brand new, unused and in resalable condition. Used or tested items are not eligible for a return. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I choose a refund, store credit, or exchange?

As long as your item is unused, and you have contacted us within 7 days of the products arrival, you can return your item for your choice of a refund or an exchange. We are unable to offer store credit.

For exchanges, you can use the value toward any other item of equal or greater value, with any additional shipping costs covered by you.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your nominated bank account, minus a 2.5% processing fee.

Warranty Returns

All items we sell come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects caused by manufacturing faults, but not wear and tear or misuse. For more about warranties and what’s covered, click here.

How do I Request a Warranty Return?

If you believe your product has a fault or defect, please head to our contact page and fill out the return request form. We’ll be in touch to help resolve the issue, and we’ll cover the cost of return postage if needed.

Can I choose a repair, refund, or replacement?

If possible, we always aim to repair first. We have authorised technicians available for every brand we sell. If a repair is not possible, then we will provide a replacement. If a replacement unit is not available, we will offer a refund.

Damaged Items

While we do our best to package every parcel safely, rough handing can lead to a less than ideal unboxing experience. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and send us an email to support@allgroom.co.nz with photo evidence of the damage.
