For long, parted coats ( Spaniels & Afghans)
Before brushing spray coat with coat conditioner or coat dressing. To fluff the coat brush lightly over the top of the coat to set. Brush from bottom-up and from shoulders forward to fluff the rough. Fluff any area in which you will pet has a thick coat, such as tail, body and chest.
Grooming wire coats (terriers and schnauzer)
- Brush thoroughly to remove loose coat, stimulate the skin and loosen and dead coat. Brush first in the direction of the hair growth, then brush in the opposite direction to remove tangles.
Grooming curly or weighty coats (poodles)
- Since dogs with this kind of hair tend to have a dead hair matted, they need to be brushed more frequently than other breeds. Before brushing, spray the coat with coat conditioner or coat dressing to keep it soft ; brushing the dry coat will result in breakage. Brush the hear from the base to the tips of the hairs and part the hair as you go. thick coats should be brushed first in the direction of the hair growth, and then gently brushed in the opposite direction to fluff the hair.
When will my order leave?
Most orders leave the same day if placed by midday Monday to Friday. Large products (eg: tubs and tables), orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually leave the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 1 to 2 working days after they've left us. Larger items may take 2 to 4 working days. Allow 1 to 2 days extra for rural delivery. If your order combines larger and smaller items, larger items may arrive a day or two after smaller items. How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from $3.80 for small, light items. Most orders are $6 for standard shipping up to 10kgs. Please note rural delivery has different rates. Bulk shipping rates apply for orders over 10kgs or high-volume products (such as tables, tubs, dryers and bulk shampoo). The website works out shipping in checkout, before you pay.
